pleasant room with all required facilities - good restaaurant
when wanting to book to stay longer - it was never possible to get someone to speak to about the possibility of a special price...it was also almost always cheaper to book on the internet than direct at hotel reception..given the total length of the stay, I found this very odd

The staff were pleasant and friendly towards us. Our room was extremely spacious and had modern amenities, including a stylish attic window and a sleek bathroom. the location of the hotel was fantastic, allowing us to easily explore the comfortable area around it, with a short walk to an outdoor gallery and a large festival nearby.

It was very quiet place for sleeping despite the airport close to it. Receptionist did speak perfect english and we ordered our taxi and it came exactly the right time.

Location, easy parking. Just off the motorway. Breakfast was very good for this type of hotel. They also have 24-hour snacks (pizza or lasagne I was told) which is good.
Forget it if you don't have a car.

nothing is good except the nearness to the airport.the reception people are quite rude. there was a big spider in the toilet and when informed the reception refused to help and said that we should just throw some water on it. quite disgusting actually in a place like Belgium.
I liked nothing - everything was bad - staff behavior, the tea pot was smelling, tea satchets were old, etc etc

Pleasant accommodation with stunning setting very close to €16.00 taxi, which provides a general sense of discomfort, and the centre and airport. A quiet atmosphere along with very very helpful personnel.

It is close to airport
I have been using Campanile Hotels for any years and have been watching their infrastructure crumble. This hotel is one of the worst.

Now, let's move on to the positives. the price was definitely a plus, considering the expensive hotels around Brussels airport. It was a good deal for what we paid. And despite the slightly damp smell in the room, I must admit that I had a surprisingly great sleep. So if you're looking for a budget-friendly option and don't mind some minor inconveniences, this hotel might just be the right choice for you.
Ok, let me start with the negatives. First of all, the hotel felt quite unsafe, especially for single women.
